Return Policy

Welcome to our Return Policy. We understand that not every purchase meets expectations. That’s why we offer the possibility to return products under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully, as agreeing to our terms at the time of purchase is binding, and no exceptions will be made.

How to Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. To initiate your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Request: Please request a return form from our customer service by emailing support@north-muse.com Clearly provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Conditions

To successfully return your products, please observe the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Products can be returned up to 30 days after receipt. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition as received—unused and in its original packaging. Hygiene items such as bikinis, lingerie, and underwear are excluded from returns.
  • Return at Your Own Risk: The return process is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of products during transit back to us. Our company is also not responsible for lost or held-up packages at customs during the return process.
  • Track & Trace: A Track & Trace code is required for all returns. Please share this code with us so we can track your package. Without this code, we cannot monitor the shipment, and your right to a refund will be lost.
  • Pre-Approval: Please ensure your return has been pre-approved by our customer service team. Shipments without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, you will receive an email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

If you have not received a refund after 30 days, we recommend checking your bank account again. Please contact us if you still have not received your refund.

Costs

  • Return Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your own security, we recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace.
  • Return Address: Returns should be sent to our central warehouse in China, with costs starting at €20.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in China.
  • Returns without prior approval or that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
