  • Query Resolution: Efficiently manage customer inquiries regarding orders, products, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

  • Customer Guidance: Proactively assist customers in resolving issues and smoothly navigating our website and purchasing process.

  • Process Improvement: Act as a critical feedback loop, collaborating with internal departments (e.g., logistics, e-commerce) to relay customer insights and actively improve overall service quality.

  • Data Management: Accurately maintain and update customer records and manage complaints through to resolution.

Your Profile: What You Bring

We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about both fashion and service:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in e-commerce or retail.

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Fluency in additional languages (such as German or Dutch) is a distinct advantage.

  • Service Mindset: A genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction, coupled with a strong, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
