Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

We require 1 to 3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Weekdays: Processing typically takes one business day.

  • Weekends: Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require slightly longer processing time.

2. Delivery Times and Costs

  • Shipping Cost: We offer 100% free shipping on every order to your home, with no minimum purchase requirement. We cover all standard shipping costs.

  • Average Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your order at all times.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders are immediately entered into our automated systems for prompt preparation.

  • Cancellation Window: It is essential that you submit any cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Guarantee: While we can usually process cancellations within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been fully processed for shipment.

5. Delayed or Missing Delivery

  • Delayed Delivery: We strive for quick delivery, but occasional delays can occur. If the delay exceeds one week beyond the average delivery time, please contact us immediately via email, referencing your order number, so we can address the issue.

  • Order Not Received: If your package has not arrived within the average delivery timeframe, please contact customer service via email with your order number for investigation.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts (Unclaimed Packages)

If a package is delivered but not accepted, or if it is left at a post office/collection point and not picked up, it will be automatically returned to the supplier.

  • Return Fee: Since shipping costs have already been incurred, we reserve the right to deduct a €15 fee from your refund to cover the return and processing costs associated with failed or refused deliveries.
