Shipping Policy

Processing:

Once an order is placed, we require 1-3 business days for processing. During weekdays, processing takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times:

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 5-12 business days.

Order Cancellation:

After you place an order, it is immediately processed by our automated systems and prepared for shipment. Therefore, it is essential that you inform us of any cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order. In most cases, we can still process the cancellation, but please note that we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.

Costs:

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free of charge to your home. There is no minimum order quantity required.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order at all times.

Delayed Delivery?

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays can sometimes occur. If the delay exceeds one week, please contact us with your order number via email, and we will take care of it.

Delivery If You Are Not Home or at the Post Office:

If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, delivery costs have already been incurred. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we reserve the right to deduct €15 from your refund for return and processing fees.

Order Not Received?

If you have not received your package within the average delivery time, please contact us by sending an email with your order number.
